About Pat Hornback Pat Hornback was born and raised in the Louisville area. He has lived in many of the surrounding counties and is very familiar with all areas of Louisville. Pat is a Certified Residential Appraiser and is also able to perform FHA appraisals. He makes use of the latest technology including digital cameras, PDA, computer mapping and electronic mail. Pat has been in the appraisal business approximately ten years and started his own business within the last 10 years. Pat has strong integrity and strong work ethics.
